At Tiempo, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 28 days of you receiving your item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
You must notify us about wishing to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order, once your return has been confirmed by a member of our team, you then have a further 14 days to return your item to us. Failure to do so will result in store credit only.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original packaging. Please ensure items that are being returned have the main tag and returns tag still attached, otherwise we will not be able to process your return and your items may be sent back to you.
Where accessories have been provided such as, belts and dust bags, these must also be included as part of your return.
To initiate a return, please follow the below steps:

Once your return has been accepted, please send your parcel back to the address provided in your email (please note, we do not currently offer free returns)
Wait to be contacted by our team (please note, it can take up to 7 working days for us to process your return from the date we received it back)
Any refunds made can take up to 10 working days for your bank to process this back into your account.
Please note the following for returning items:
Please be aware that returns must be sent and received back to our HQ within 28 days of you receiving your item. Returns posted or received after this period will not be accepted and will be refused and sent back to you.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the criteria for a return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
If all criteria is met for a return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to show on your statement, this will vary dependant on who you bank with.
Exceptions:
Tiempo does not accept international exchanges, returns are accepted as stated in this policy above, but exchanges for international orders are not currently available.
Please let us know before sending back your international return. All international returns must state 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on the parcel and we cannot be responsible for duty or taxes.
Sale items are not valid for return, but we can offer store credit.
We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. We strongly advise using a tracked service.

Tiempo reserves the right to amend this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon amending on our website. By making a purchase on tiempoclo.com you acknowledge that you have agreed to the above 14 day returns policy.
At Tiempo we offer a collection service, meaning you can get your outfit fix sooner than you think.
We are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-12pm.
When placing your order simply click “collection” at delivery and once your order has been received, you will be contacted with our collection address for pick up. Please let us know when you will be collecting your order, as we aren’t always based at our collection point.
We are based in Orrell, Wigan.
You have 5 working days to collect your parcel, failure to do so will result in a refund unless we have been contacted by yourself.

Social competition Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms & conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Tiempo Clothing Limited, PETER STREET 56, MANCHESTER, United Kingdom, M2 3NQ, Registered no. 16008237. Whose Instagram
handle is @tiempoclo. The “Prize” refers to 2x individual outfits (outfit meaning 1 x dress or 1 xco-ord set)
1. ELIGIBILITY OF ENTRANTS
The competition is open worldwide and entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their
entry. Employees of the Promoter or their immediate family may not enter the Prize draw.
Entrants must have an active, public personal social media account on the platform where the
Prize Draw is being promoted (Instagram) and must comply with the terms and conditions of
that platform.
2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must follow ALL of the below steps:
- Follow @tiempoclo on Instagram
- Like the official competition post on Instagram
- Comment on the official competition post tagging a friend
Only one (1) entry will be counted per Instagram account that enters, more comments does not equal more entries.
Entries must be submitted between 6:00pm BST on 19.06.25 and 12:00pm (midday) BST on 27.06.25. ("Competition Period") to be valid. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
All entry requirements must be intact at the time of winner selection for an entry to count. If any of the entry mechanisms are revoked by an Entrant prior to the end of the competition period, their entry won't be counted.
Any entry that is deemed by the promoter, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, offensive or which may otherwise bring the Prize Draw or Promoter into disrepute will be excluded from the Prize Draw and the promoter reserves the right to take any further action in respect of such entry that it deems appropriate.

3. WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT
The Promoter will select 1 winner at random from all eligible entries within a reasonable time
after the end of the Competition Period. The decision of the Promoter shall be final.
The Promoter will announce the Winner by:
- Amending the competition post caption to include the winners instagram handle.
- Tagging the winner on a story post via the @tiempoclo Instagram account.
The Winner will then be contacted via direct message on Instagram via the @tiempoclo
Instagram account only. They will be required to provide their full name, email address, proof of age, delivery address, UK dress size, prize selections from the tiempoclo.com website, and any other relevant details needed in order to send the prize, these details may also be shared to
anyone completing work for the Promoter to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
If any Winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 48 hours of being contacted via direct message, or withdraws or does not meet the entry requirements after being selected,
or declines the prize offer, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion withdraw the prize and select a new Winner.
All entrants (including the winner) must comply with any reasonable directions given to them by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete
or otherwise invalid.
4. PRIZE
The Prize is:
● 2 x individual ‘outfits’ from the Tiempoclo.com website. An individual outfit refers to either 1 x dress, or 1 x full co-ord (top & skirt).
The Prize can be shared with a friend as suggested in the caption of the competition post, or it can be kept solely for the winner. If the winner chooses to share the prize, both outfits will still be delivered to the winner and it is the winners responsibility to share this with their chosen friend.
The prize must be selected within 1 week (7 days) of the winner being selected, and outfits selected as the prize must be available and in-stock on the Tiempoclo.com website during this time.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winners cannot request any alternative prize such as store credit or cash. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or can no longer be fulfilled after the during or after the competition period closes, and no alternative prize will be given to any winners selected.
5. WINNER PUBLICITY
The Promoter reserves the right to publish each Winner's name and Entry on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok.
By entering the Prize Draw, if you are a Winner you agree to your Entry being published.
All Entrants and Winners data will be used solely for the purpose of this Prize Draw. The
Promoter will handle this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Events may occur that
render the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
In such cases, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion
without liability.
6. GENERAL
Instagram or any company affiliated to Instagram is in no way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Any entrants acknowledge that by submitting an entry on the Instagram competition post third parties will have access to and will be able to republish your Entry in accordance with the terms of use of the social media platform through which your Entry is submitted, and they must follow
and abide by any terms or conditions of the Social media platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
By entering the Prize Draw you accept these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time you submit your Entry.
The Prize Draw, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in
connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of
England and Wales.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
