Returns

At Tiempo, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 28 days of you receiving your item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

You must notify us about wishing to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order, once your return has been confirmed by a member of our team, you then have a further 14 days to return your item to us. Failure to do so will result in store credit only.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original packaging. Please ensure items that are being returned have the main tag and returns tag still attached and are in the original zip lock bag, otherwise we will not be able to process your return and your items may be sent back to you.

Where accessories have been provided such as, belts and dust bags, these must also be included as part of your return. 

To initiate a return, please follow the below steps: 

Please email hello@tiempoclo.com providing your order number starting with #, your email address, the items you would like to return.

Let us know if you would like to return or receive store credit 

Once your return has been accepted, please send your parcel back to the address provided in your email (please note, we do not currently offer free returns)

Wait to be contacted by our team (please note, once we have received your parcel back, it can take up to 7 working days for us to process your return)

Please note the following for returning items: 

Please be aware that returns must be sent and received back to our HQ within 28 days of you receiving your item. Returns posted or received after this period will not be accepted and will be refused and sent back to you.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the criteria for a return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If all criteria is met for a return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to show on your statement, this will vary dependant on who you bank with. 

Exceptions:

Tiempo does not accept international exchanges, returns are accepted as stated in this policy above, but exchanges for international orders are not currently available. 

Please let us know before sending back your international return. All international returns must state 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on the parcel and we cannot be responsible for duty or taxes.

Sale items are not valid for return, but we can offer store credit.

We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. We strongly advise using a tracked service.

Tiempo reserves the right to amend this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon amending on our website. By making a purchase on tiempoclo.com you acknowledge that you have agreed to the above 14 day returns policy.
